Update City 19:6

DiscountNotice025We’re into fall now and from checking various weather channel places it looks like it might be a very chilly one for a lot of folks here in the good old USA. Elsewhere, depends if you’re north of the equator or south. Having said that, just wanted to give a little update as to what’s going on with my art and books as such.

In regards to art. I now have 20 pieces at Fine Art America where one can purchase my art in various venues from canvas, prints and even coffee mugs. Gadgets are a great thing to get your art in places that it normally would not be found. I know of one local animal hospital that has several pieces of my art. There’s a local café, which my wife and I frequent, and they now have a canvas print and a couple of coffee mugs with the same art. Very cool. Anyway, in regards to art pieces and venues to obtain them, I thought it would be good to have another Discount. Since Christmas is coming up and is always a good time to purchase things for friends and family, I’m offering a 25% Discount at Fine Art America for my artwork. You read that correctly, 25% off the retail price. Take a look, check your Christmas lists, and spend a little time shopping. Enjoy.

On the book front. The first book of the Silverwind Files, The Long Dark Night, is scheduled for release on Jan 16, 2020. It will be available both in print and ebook format. I will post a link where you can pre-order the book in both formats very soon. I’ll also post a little blurb about the book as it gets closer to the release date. So stay tuned.

Fairy Tale Cookbook

Image HistoryExtra

Did the thought ever cross your mind, “What kind of cookbook did Snow White use?” Surely that thought has crept across your brain perhaps at least once while reading the story. Right? She had to feed all those Seven Dwarfs. A cookbook definitely would have been handy. Maybe this is a little silly, but it’s worth checking into. Cinderella had some mouths to feed and let’s not forget about Red Riding Hood on her way to Granny’s with something. After all that sly wolf was certain Red had some goodies in her basket. Well, if you want to find a cookbook with a fairy tale flavor to it, then checkout Annie Douglass Lima’s new non-fiction book that is coming out the 13th of this month. On that day, she’ll have her Once Upon a Bowl of Oatmeal cookbook blog-tour right here. Stay tune, some free stuff will be happening with it…..
